Alongside this, Jo advises founders as a fractional CFO, helping translate ambition into commercially grounded strategy.
As Chair of the Board, Jo provides governance leadership and a rigorous investment lens, supporting the evaluation of opportunities and the development of a resilient portfolio.

Dom brings a blend of strategic growth, operational leadership, and hands-on founder experience.
He has a background in law, sustainable fashion, and hospitality, and is a third-time founder. Alongside his work with Trampoline, Dom is Head of Growth at Style Atlas, where he leads expansion, partnerships, and long-term revenue growth.
His experience spans the practical realities founders face — from early traction through to scalable growth — and he works closely with companies navigating the transition from early momentum to structured growth.
Katie Freeman

Katie has over 15 years of experience across the UK and Australian startup ecosystems, spanning growth, governance, operations, and investing.
Earlier in her career she held senior roles at WPP, Nike, and National Australia Bank. She has supported founders from Pre-Seed through Series A, contributed to successful exits, and mentored across several global accelerator programs.
Katie also holds a number of Chair, Non-Executive Director, and advisory roles, bringing a strong focus on execution, alignment, and building businesses capable of long-term value creation.

Jason brings a founder-first, execution-led perspective shaped by years of working alongside early-stage teams.
He has supported founders from Pre-Seed through Series A, helping teams navigate product focus, go-to-market decisions, and early scaling. Jason is particularly focused on the first 12–24 months of a company’s journey — where customer learning, disciplined execution, and momentum matter most.
His work centres on helping founders prioritise what drives traction and build the foundations for sustainable growth.
Kate Herbert

Kate brings founder, operator, and investor experience to Trampoline.
She previously built and exited a seven-figure direct-to-consumer business that was acquired by ASX-listed Mad Paws. Since then she has trained more than 150 angel investors through Startmate’s First Believers program and continues to mentor and advise early-stage founders across Australia and New Zealand. Her background also spans fintech, marketplaces and logistics.
Kate combines deep D2C expertise with strong founder empathy and a disciplined investor mindset.
Abraham Robertson

Abe brings founder, operator, and climate-tech experience to the board.
He is the co-founder and CEO of Biocare Projects, leading global biochar initiatives focused on delivering measurable climate outcomes. Abe is also a co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Stropro, an investment platform specialising in institutional-grade structured investments for wealth professionals.
His background spans fintech, marketplaces, legal, and technology-enabled platforms, bringing strong product intuition, customer insight, and founder perspective to investment evaluation and portfolio thinking
